Buy the Seychelles Top sewing pattern from Itch to Stitch. This versatile top pattern can be made with structured or soft woven fabric. Seychelles has two sleeve options: a short sleeve with pleats on the sleeve cap, or a long sleeve with gathers on the sleeve cap and around the wrist cuff, which has a button and loop closure. The combination of narrow shoulders and extra sleeve cap ease creates a balanced, pleasing look whether you have broad or narrow shoulders. This top also has bust darts and cup size options for a great bust fit.

Suggested fabrics: Use lightweight to medium weight woven fabric with no stretch such as linen, linen mix, rayon challis, charmeuse, lawn, chambray, poplin, sateen and voile.
Fabric requirements: 54″ (135 cm) wide fabric: Short sleeve option, 1 1/8 - 2 1/4 yd (100 - 210 cm) // Long sleeve option, 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 yd (140 - 230 cm).
Sizing: US 00 – 40 (approx. UK 6/8 – 34/36). Please check the designer's size chart and finished garment measurements.
Sizes 00-20 have A, B, C, D and DD cups. Sizes 22-40 have B, C, D and DD cups.
A note from the designer about bust cup options: To determine your cup size, subtract the circumference of your over bust from the circumference of the fullest part of your bust. If the rounded difference is 1″ (2.5 cm), use A cup; 2″ (5 cm), use B cup; 3″ (7.5 cm), use C cup; 4″ (10 cm), use D cup; 5″ (12.5 cm), use DD cup.
Notions: Lightweight fusible woven or weft insertion interfacing; two 1/2" (12.5 mm) buttons for the long sleeve option.
