Buy the Adelle Top sewing pattern from Sew Over It. This fitted jersey top features a beautiful ballet-style scooped neckline at the front and back, and elbow-length or full-length sleeves. The sizes 18-30 pattern has bust darts for extra shaping. Adelle is so quick and easy to sew you’ll want to make one in every colour.
