Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is accepted.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off Your Parcel
Take your package to any authorized drop-off location; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
